Our typical floor tiling procedure for replacing old tiles or installing new ones includes the following steps:

• We start by cleaning the floor thoroughly to remove dust and debris, creating a smooth and level surface for tiling.
• We then measure and mark the center of the room, using advanced laser tools to snap two intersecting chalk lines at the midpoint of the floor.
• Before installation, we perform a dry layout by arranging the tiles with spacers. This helps us establish the best starting point and determine grout line widths.
• Another chalk line is snapped with laser guidance along the tile width from each wall, ensuring precise alignment. Adjustments are made until tiles and spacers are perfectly positioned.
• A thin-set adhesive mixture is prepared to firmly hold the tiles in place.
• The adhesive is evenly spread over each floor section with a trowel, forming a uniform base for the tiles.
• For tiles that need trimming to fit against walls, we carefully measure, mark, and cut them using a high-grade tile cutter for a seamless fit.
• Spacers are positioned between each tile along the chalk line to maintain consistent spacing.
• After the tiles are installed, we allow them to dry before applying grout in the chosen color and finish.
• Grout is spread evenly between tiles using a rubber squeegee for a smooth, professional look.
• Lastly, any extra grout is cleaned off with a damp sponge or cloth, leaving a polished surface.
